  • The company, which was previously listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, celebrates its debut on BME's growth markets.

BME Scaleup today welcomed Saint Croix Holding Immobilier, which began trading on BME's growth markets on July 30. The traditional Bell Ringing Ceremony held at the Madrid Stock Exchange was led by Marco Colomer, the company's chairman and CEO, who was accompanied by Juan Flames, CEO of BME.

The company, which had been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since December 2011, became the ninth to debut on BME's growth markets so far this year. It is trading at 72 euros per share, implying a company valuation of 320,5 million euros.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Saint Croix Holding Immobilier to BME's growth markets, which have already received nearly a dozen companies so far this year. Companies of all sizes and sectors know they can count on the reputation, visibility, and access to financing offered by the Spanish stock markets. New companies entering growth markets and stock exchanges so far this year have a combined market capitalization of close to €6 billion,” explains Juan Flames, CEO of BME.

Saint Croix Holding Immobilier, whose Registered Advisor is PKF Attest Servicios Empresariales, trades under the ticker code ‘SCHI.’

The company focuses its activity on managing a diversified portfolio of properties, including primarily buildings for office use and university education, shopping centres and retail spaces, hotels, and a hospital.

The growth markets of BME (BME Growth and BME Scaleup) are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2024, these markets welcomed 23 new companies and now have more than 150 companies listed for trading. BME Growth allows small-cap companies from all sectors, with a significant presence of technology companies, to finance their growth, with recurring access to capital increases and a broad base of national and international investors. For its part, BME Scaleup is especially oriented towards scaleups, although it is also open to other types of companies such as SMEs, REITs, or family businesses. This market adapts to the needs of these companies by relaxing the incorporation requirements while offering the necessary transparency to investors. Among the advantages of accessing capital markets for small and medium-sized enterprises are financing, reputation, visibility, a boost to inorganic growth, and greater ease in attracting and retaining talent.

With these growth markets, BME completes its service offering. BME has a market for every type of company, from the first approaches to capital markets with the formation of the Pre-Market Environment, to large companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
