BME Scaleup approves the incorporation of three new Registered Advisors

• With this new three additions there are already ten new Registered Advisors in the new market, which will weigh the suitability of the companies and will coordinate the incorporation process.

BME has agreed the access to the condition of Registered Advisor of BME Scaleup of Abbaco Markets, PFK Attest and Solventis, three companies with proven expertise in capital markets. They join seven other firms whose incorporation was authorised a month ago (Armabex Asesores Registrados, Deloitte, GVC Gaesco Valores, Impulsa Capital, Orbyn Capital Markets, Renta 4 Corporate y VGM Advisory Partners), which make a total of ten Registered Advisors in this new market.

The figure of the Registered Advisor is key in the development of this market, since each company must have one, who assesses the suitability of the companies for incorporation to BME Scaleup and assists them in the preparation of the information required at all times. Their functions include, among others, checking and assisting the company in complying with the listing requirements, reviewing the information submitted by the company at the time of listing and thereafter, as well as being available to the market to answer questions about the issuer, activity and compliance.

This market, whose launch BME announced in July, is mainly aimed at scaleups, although it is also open to other types of companies such as SMEs, SOCIMIs or family businesses seeking a first contact with the financial markets. BME Scaleup offers the necessary transparency to investors while simplifying the incorporation requirements for companies.
