Registered advisors

What are the Registered Advisor’s duties and tasks?:

• They assist the company and check that it is complying with all the admission requirements, in particular, helping prepare the Initial Market Access Document (DIAM).
  
• They review all the information presented by the company upon admission and thereafter. Assist the company in complying with reporting requirements, both in terms of periodic financial reporting and the timely communication of insider information or other material information.
• They handle questions from BME Scaleup on the issuer, its activity, compliance, etc.

Who can be a Registered Advisor?:

Legal entities who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: proven experience in offering companies advisory services, particularly regarding the Securities Market.
• Resources: qualified personnel with experience in raising finance in the securities markets (at least two people).
• Independent and with no potential conflicts of interest.

Appointing Registered Advisors:

• Each company must appoint a Registered Advisor.
• The company and its Registered Advisor will establish the terms and conditions of their relationship.
