How to join: advisors

Registered advisors play an essential role for companies that aspire to join and be listed on BME Scaleup. Authorized by BME, they guide companies through the entire process, ensuring proper compliance with regulatory requirements.

Registered advisors are specialized firms that assess the eligibility of companies for access to BME Scaleup, guide them through the admission process and provide ongoing support during their time as listed companies. In fact, regulations state that every company must have a designated registered advisor at all times.

• They verify the company’s compliance with the requirements for admission to trading and provide advice. In particular, they collaborate on preparing the information document for admission to BME Scaleup. 

• Once the listing begins, they support the company in complying with its transparency obligations, both through the periodic publication of required financial information and the timely communication of inside information or relevant facts. 

• They act as points of contact for BME Growth’s bodies, addressing any queries they may have about the issuer, its operations or the degree of compliance with its obligations.

Legal entities that meet the following requirements may be registered advisors: 

• Proven experience in advising on operations of small companies in an early stage of development, particularly in relation to the securities market. 

• Qualification and experience in financing in securities markets (at least two responsible persons for each company).

• Independence and prevention of possible conflicts of interest.  

Companies and registered advisors will establish the terms and conditions of their relationship.
