Pre Market Environment

Pre Market Environment Program: Interested?

Companies admitted to BME Scaleup will be part of the Pre Market Environment. This training and networking program, promoted by BME, is aimed at smaller companies in the growth phase, especially scaleups that want to learn how capital markets work. Its purpose is to help these companies gradually prepare for future financing in BME-managed markets by facilitating their adaptation to the organizational, financial and transparency requirements for companies that intend to open their capital.

Through practical sessions, specialized coaching and meetings with private and institutional investors, scaleups can learn the steps needed to enter the market, assess their readiness and speed up their transformation process.

The program’s open and collaborative nature also fosters interaction with financial advisors and professionals, creating an ecosystem that promotes learning, visibility and access to new financing opportunities for companies with growth projects.

Am I Interested in Investing in BME Scaleup?

Although some companies are also open to individual investors, BME Scaleup is intended primarily for professional investors. It is especially suitable for profiles with experience in capital markets and knowledge of the particularities of this type of company.

Investing in BME Scaleup companies involves assuming a higher level of risk than investing in larger, more established publicly traded companies. It is therefore advisable to seek the advice of an independent professional before making an investment decision and to carefully study the company’s profile. Nevertheless, many of these companies value the involvement of qualified investors who understand their growth potential and support their development.

SIBE: Where BME Scaleup Shares Are Traded

BME Scaleup shares are traded through SIBE SMART, the electronic platform used by listed companies, though it has its own particularities in its trading system. This infrastructure guarantees efficient, transparent operations with adequate liquidity levels.

In addition, the clearing, settlement and custody processes adhere to BME Clearing and Iberclear standards.
