Company Profile

AM Locales Property SOCIMI, S.A. is a real estate investment company exclusively specialized in generating stable income by way of investing in Commercial Premises in any of its forms: retail outlets in commercial streets, medium-sized premises, concessions in commercial centers, or large commercial sites with parking.

It deals with the investment and administration of the asset, the search for and liaison with tenants, and the eventual future divestiture of the property as well as its re-occupation. The company currently has a portfolio of 40 properties which together cover more than 40,000 square meters and are to be found in Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, Santander, Zaragoza and Ciudad Real.

Before adding a new asset to its portfolio, the company analyzes properties for their commercial use, or their potential appropriateness to this end. Sometimes with a tenant in operation and some others empty. The experience accumulated by our management team in this investment sector allows us to properly assess the suitability of the asset for its intended use, the preliminary study of potential tenants, and of the potential suitable income. We also deal with the resolution of any issues which might arise, or the community of owners in which it is located.

AM Locales seeks investment opportunities that maximize a site’s rental income, and therefore its valuation and eventual future divestment. To do this, it manages for the study of the asset, for its improvement, for finding the optimal lease, as well as the evolution and the environment in which it is located. These activities are carried out both at the time of initial investment and during the holding of the asset until its future divestiture.
