Company Profile

SAINT CROIX HOLDING IMMOBILIER, SOCIMI, S.A. is a “Real Estate Investment Trust” incorporated on December 1, 2011, in Luxembourg, although its origins date back to 2009. At the time of its incorporation, it held 100% of the shares of two SOCIMIs named COMPAÑÍA IBÉRICA DE BIENES RAÍCES, 2009, SOCIMI, S.A.U. (incorporated on December 29, 2009) and COMPAÑÍA IBÉRICA DE RENTAS URBANAS, 2009, SOCIMI, S.A.U. (incorporated on December 22, 2009). In June 2013, the merger of these two subsidiaries was approved, and in 2014, the company relocated its registered office from Luxembourg to Madrid. Finally, in 2016, SAINT CROIX HOLDING IMMOBILIER, SOCIMI, S.A. absorbed its subsidiaries, becoming a unique entity from that moment on.

It is part of the PRYCONSA Group, a family-owned group of companies with 60 years of experience in the real estate development sector, having built more than 75,000 homes. In addition to SAINT CROIX HOLDING IMMOBILIER, SOCIMI, S.A., which holds the Group’s most unique real estate assets—such as hotels, retail spaces, and office buildings primarily located in Spain—the PRYCONSA Group also owns distinctive real estate assets in Germany and Portugal for long-term rental. The Group also has a company dedicated to the construction and/or acquisition of senior living facilities for lease to top-tier operators, and owns another SOCIMI named INMUEBLES EN ALQUILER RESYDENZA, SOCIMI, S.A.U., which has been listed on BME Scaleup since 2024. Its corporate purpose is the acquisition of residential properties for lease under rent-to-own schemes.
