BME has officially welcomed CIRSA on its first day of trading. Joaquim Agut, Executive Chairman of CIRSA, performed the traditional Bell Ringing at the Barcelona Stock Exchange, accompanied by Juan Flames, CEO of BME. The company enters the stock market with a reference price of 15 euros per share, which implies a market capitalization of 2.52 billion euros. This marks the third listing on the Spanish Stock Exchange so far this year and the tenth across all markets operated by BME in 2025.

CIRSA is a multinational leader in the gaming and entertainment sector, headquartered in Terrassa, Spain, with over four decades of experience. The company is known for delivering high-quality entertainment, unique experiences, and a strong commitment to responsible gaming across all the countries where it operates. CIRSA exclusively conducts its activities in regulated markets and is present in 11 countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and Morocco.

The Group currently employs more than 15,000 professionals who are committed to a model of responsible and sustainable entertainment, integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into all corporate decision-making. "A new company has chosen to trust BME to enhance its visibility, reputation, and access to financing to drive business growth. We are very pleased to welcome CIRSA to our stock market and we wish them great success. This listing is yet another example of BME's daily efforts to attract new companies to the market and to bring the stock exchange closer to businesses. We want companies to discover that this is their natural environment and that together, we can contribute to strengthening Spain's business landscape,” said Juan Flames, CEO of BME.

CIRSA begins trading under the ticker symbol "CIRSA." CIRSA's stock market debut represents the fifth listing on the SIX markets in 2025, following the listings of HBX and Izertis in Spain and Bioversys and Amrize in Switzerland. Additionally, seven new companies have joined BME's growth markets so far this year.
