Grupo Lar Retail Investments SOCIMI joins BME Scaleup on December 18

• The company, which is the thirteenth to join BME's growth markets in 2025, debuts with a value of 98 million euros

The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the listing of Grupo Lar Retail Investments SOCIMI on December 18, after analyzing and studying all the documentation submitted by the company and issuing a favorable assessment report from the Market and Listings Coordination Committee.

The Board of Directors of the company, which is the thirtheenth company to join BME's growth markets, has set a reference price of 20 euros per share for the start of trading, giving the company a total value of 98 million euros.

The company's trading code will be “SCGLR” and its Registered Advisor will be Armabex Asesores Registrados (ArmanexT Group).  

Grupo Lar Retail Investments SOCIMI is a company that focuses exclusively on investing in listed real estate vehicles, particularly other SOCIMIs.
