The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the listing of Aldicer RE Socimi on March 31, following a review of all documentation submitted by the company and the issuance of a favorable evaluation report by the Market Coordination and Listings Committee.
The company's board of directors, the second company to join BME's growth markets this year, has set an initial trading price of 172 euros per share, giving the company a total valuation of 8.4 million euros.
The company's ticker symbol will be SCALD, and its registered advisor will be GVC Gaesco Valores.
Aldicer RE SOCIMI is a publicly traded real estate investment company (SOCIMI) incorporated in 2024. The Company’s objective is to provide returns to its shareholders through investments in residential properties in the Spanish market, with the aim of generating long-term rental income or capital appreciation.
