- It is the seventh company to file an incorporation document on BME markets this year (two on the Stock Exchange and five on the growth markets).
The Market Coordination and Listings Committee believes that Andino Inversiones Global will meet the requirements for listing on BME Growth.
The company, which is the fifth to file an incorporation document on BME’s growth markets in 2026 and the seventh along with the two that have debuted on the stock exchange, will take as the reference price for the start of trading of its shares the closing price of the stock on Euronext Access+ on the day prior to its admission to BME Growth. In this case, it is a Reduced Informative Incorporation Document (DIRI), a simplified prospectus to which the new incorporation circular applies for companies that are already listed on other markets.
The company’s Registered Advisor is Armabex Asesores Registrados (Armanext), while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
Andino Inversiones Global is a Spanish holding company with a 67.3% stake in Andino Investment Holding, S.A.A. AIH is a leading business conglomerate in the Andean region, with a consolidated operational track record dating back to 1970, specializing in the management of strategic infrastructure and the provision of comprehensive logistics services.
The company, which has been listed on Euronext Access+ Paris since 2024, seeks, with its dual listing on BME Growth, to strengthen its visibility and access to investors.
