- It’s the seventh to debut on BME markets this year
The BME Growth Management Committee has approved the listing of Andino Inversiones Global on May 20, following a review of all documentation submitted by the company and the issuance of a favorable evaluation report by the Market Coordination and Listings Committee-
The company, which is the fifth to file an incorporation document on BME’s growth markets in 2026 and the seventh together with the two that have debuted on the Stock Exchange, will take as the reference price for the start of trading of its shares the closing price of the stock on Euronext Access+ on the day prior to its admission to BME Growth.
The company’s trading code will be “AIG.” The company’s Registered Advisor is Armabex Asesores Registrados (Armanext), while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
Andino Inversiones Global is a Spanish holding company with a 67.3% stake in Andino Investment Holding, S.A.A. (AIH), a Peruvian group specializing in logistics and infrastructure services at airports and ports. AIH is a leading business conglomerate in the Andean region, with a consolidated operational track record dating back to 1970, specializing in the management of strategic infrastructure and the provision of comprehensive logistics servicess.
The company, which has been listed on Euronext Access+ Paris since 2024, seeks, with its dual listing on BME Growth, to strengthen its visibility and access to investors.
