- The company, which is the seventh to join BME’s markets this year, debuts with a valuation of 61.7 million euros
BME Growth today welcomed Andino Inversiones Global. The traditional Opening Bell ceremony held at the Madrid Stock Exchange was led by Carlos Vargas and Carla Pérez, the company’s CEO and CFO, who were accompanied by Juan Flames, CEO of BME, and Jesús González, Managing Director of BME Growth.
The company, which is the seventh to join BME’s markets this year (two on the Stock Exchange and five on the growth markets), used yesterday’s closing price of its shares on Euronext Access+, where it has been listed since 2024, as a reference, and therefore began trading at a price of 3 euros per share, implying a valuation of 61.7 million euros.
The company has begun trading under the ticker “AIG.” Its Registered Advisor is Armabex Asesores Registrados (Armanext), while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
“We welcome Andino Inversiones Global and celebrate its decision to list on BME’s growth markets to enhance its visibility and access to investors, because they are the best place for companies with business in Ibero-America that want to grow in Europe, as is the case. It is great news that the company has chosen BME Growth to write this new chapter in its history as a listed company,” explains Juan Flames, CEO of BME.
Andino Inversiones Global is a Spanish holding company with a 67.3% stake in Andino Investment Holding, S.A.A. (AIH), a Peruvian group specializing in logistics and infrastructure services at airports and ports. AIH is a leading business conglomerate in the Andean region, with a consolidated operating track record since 1970, specializing in the management of strategic infrastructure and the provision of comprehensive logistics services.

BME’s growth markets (BME Growth and BME Scaleup) are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2025, these markets welcomed 14 new companies and now have more than 150 listed firms, which raised 605 million euros last year through 105 capital increases. BME offers alternatives for every type of company—from those in their early formation stages, via preparatory steps in the Pre-Market Environment, to growth markets and the main stock exchange for large corporations. Among the advantages of accessing capital markets for small and medium-sized enterprises are financing, enhanced reputation, greater visibility, support for inorganic growth, and an improved ability to attract and retain talent.
