  • The company is the eleventh to join BME's growth markets so far this year

BME Scaleup welcomed Ecoinmo Spaces SOCIMI today. The traditional bell-ringing ceremony, held at the Madrid Stock Exchange, was attended by Jesús Moreno, the company’s CEO, who was accompanied by Jesús González, managing director of BME Growth and BME Scaleup.

The company, which is the eleventh to debut this year on BME’s growth markets, set its reference price at 1.21 euros per share, implying a total valuation of 10.9 million euros.

“The steady increase in the number of companies listed on BME’s growth markets shows that we are on the right track. Small and medium-sized companies, regardless of their line of business, now know that the capital markets are open to them. They are not exclusive to large multinationals. Thanks to these BME markets, companies from all sectors—with a significant presence in the real estate sector, of course, but also including technology and digital companies—are now publicly traded” explains Jesús González, managing director of BME Growth and BME Scaleup.

For his part, Jesús Moreno, the company’s president, emphasized that “Ecoinmo Spaces Socimi is entering the market to demonstrate that profitability and sustainability are not only compatible but inseparable. We are taking this step with ambition, discipline, and a clear vision to lead the transformation of the real estate sector by generating dual value: economic value for companies in the retail and office sectors that, through leaseback arrangements, want to convert their properties into cash, and economic value for investors seeking a stable stream of income. We want to demonstrate that there is a new way of understanding the real estate market, bringing real value to society through ethics and sustainability.”

The company, which has Renta 4 Corporate as its Registered Advisor, has begun trading under the ticker symbol “SCECO”.

Ecoinmo Spaces SOCIMI is a listed real estate investment company (SOCIMI), subject to the special tax regime of Law 11/2009, dedicated to the acquisition, management, and leasing of urban real estate assets with roots in Granada and a presence in Madrid. Its portfolio, mostly tertiary—offices, retail units, and other uses—is selected for the structural solidity of its demand, with a disciplined yet flexible investment plan, open to new typologies. The Company seeks to create value for its shareholders through two complementary avenues: the generation of recurring rents and sustainable dividends, and the appreciation of assets through active management and orderly asset rotation, under strict profitability criteria. Among its assets, notable holdings include a significant position in the ownership of the Neptuno Shopping Center, assets in the Fórum Building, the Granada Business Center, and the O2 Building.

Ecoinmo Spaces SOCIMI’s Information Document is available on the BME Scaleup website, where all data related to the company and its business can be found.

BME’s growth markets (BME Growth and BME Scaleup) are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2025, these markets welcomed 14 new companies and now have more than 150 listed companies that raised 605 million euros last year through 105 capital increases. BME offers alternatives for every type of company, from those in the early stages of formation, through the preliminary steps in the Pre-Market Environment, to the growth markets, and finally to the Stock Exchange for large companies. Among the advantages of accessing capital markets for small and medium-sized enterprises are financing, reputation, visibility, a boost to inorganic growth, and greater ease in attracting and retaining talent.
