The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the listing of Eolo Toys on September 29th, following a thorough review of all documentation submitted by the company and the issuance of a favorable evaluation report by the Market Coordination and Listings Committee.
The company’s Board of Directors, which is the twelfth company to join BME’s growth markets so far this year, has set a reference price of 2,60 euros per share for the start of trading, representing a total company valuation of nearly 15 million euros.
The company’s trading code will be “SCEOL”, and its Registered Advisor is Renta 4 Corporate, while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
