The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the listing of HQ AMÉRICA SOCIMI on June 17, following a review of all documentation submitted by the company and the issuance of a favorable evaluation report by the Market Coordination and Listings Committee.
The company’s Board of Directors, which is the seventh to join BME’s growth markets this year, has set a reference price of 5,100 euros per share for the start of trading, representing a total company valuation of 51 million euros.
The company's ticker symbol will be SCHQA, and its Registered Advisor is VGM Advisory Partners, S.L.U.
