The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup approved the listing of Iniciativas Faro 2024 SOCIMI on February 13, after analyzing and studying the documentation submitted by the company and issuing a favorable report from the market coordination and listings committee.
The Board of Directors of the Company, which is the second company to join BME’s growth markets this year, has set a reference price of €1.83 per share for the start of trading, giving the company a total value of €9.8 million.
The company's trading code will be “SCFRS” and its Registered Advisor is Armabex Asesores Registrados (Armanext).
