- Executive Chairman Juan Lladó and Eduardo San Miguel, the company's CEO, led the traditional campaign kickoff on the day that Técnicas Reunidas celebrated its 20th anniversary as a publicly traded company
Técnicas Reunidas was today the Guest of Honor at the Madrid Stock Exchange to mark the 20th anniversary of its history as a publicly traded company, a milestone reached on June 6. To celebrate this anniversary, some of its top executives took part in the traditional bell-ringing ceremony as part of this tribute to a company celebrating two decades of presence in capital markets.
Speaking before more than 100 guests from the business and financial sectors, Juan Lladó, Executive Chairman, emphasized: “After two decades as a publicly traded company, we are clearly a much stronger company and international leaders in chemical and energy engineering. Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen our leadership in engineering and innovation to remain the strategic partner of major energy companies in the transformation of energy sources, decarbonization, and technological innovation.”
For her part, Susana de Antonio, director of Primary Markets at BME, noted that “Técnicas Reunidas is today a company with a strong international presence and a leader in the industrial plant engineering and construction sector. Over the course of these twenty years as a publicly traded company, it has consolidated its position in the capital markets, further diversifying its sources of financing through its presence in both BME’s equity and fixed-income markets.”
Técnicas Reunidas is active in both BME’s equity and fixed-income markets. The event concluded with BME presenting an institutional gift to the company in recognition of this milestone.
