Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is a well-established multinational operator and one of the major hotel groups in the world, with nearly 350 hotels and 55,000 rooms in 30 countries across Europe & America.
Originally from Spain, Minor Hotels Europe & Americas (formerly NH Hotel Group), was born in 1978 in Navarra with the Ciudad de Pamplona hotel and, nowadays, has a strong geographic diversification, concentrating on five markets: Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Latin America (mainly Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina). The Company´s expansion plans in recent years are focused on Northern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
Several hotel brands are included under the umbrella of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas: Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, NH Collection Hotels & Resorts, Avani Hotels & Resorts, nhow Hotels & Resorts y NH Hotels & Resorts. All these completing a broad and diverse spectrum of hotel offerings tailored to the needs and desires of today's global travellers.
Over its more than 45-year history, the Company has driven its expansion through organic growth and acquisitions (in the past: Krasnapolsky in Benelux, Chartwell in Mexico, Astron in Germany, Framon and Jolly in Italy, Royal Hotels in Colombia, and Dedica Anthology in Italy).
