Inmobiliaria del Sur, S.A. is the parent company of a group of companies whose main activities are the leasing of real estate for tertiary use, mainly offices, (approximately 70% of the GAV) and the development of tertiary assets, mainly offices, and for residential use, both primary residences in provincial capitals and their metropolitan areas as second homes in consolidated coastal towns (approximately 30% of GAV).
At the service of these activities and with an instrumental character, it develops the activity of real estate construction and management both of its own projects and of projects carried out with partners through joint ventures where Grupo Insur generally takes a 50% stake.
Founded in 1945, it develops its activities mainly in Andalusia and Madrid
