About Grupo Insur

Grupo Insur, which brings together the companies operating under Inmobiliaria del Sur, has been listed on the Spanish stock exchange since 1984. It is a real estate investment and development group with more than 80 years of experience. Among its core values are commitment to people, integrity, innovation and environmental responsibility, with the ultimate goal of creating value for all its stakeholders.

“What sets us apart from other listed companies in the sector is that we develop two distinct and complementary businesses: residential property development and the management of income-generating real estate assets. This enables us to capture significant value through our development business while benefiting from the recurring revenues and stability provided by our rental activities,” explains Pumar.

The company is a leading real estate asset manager in Andalusia and throughout Spain. It invests in and manages an operating tertiary portfolio of more than 165,000 square metres across office, hotel and retail assets, with a gross asset value of €542 million. Of this portfolio, 125,000 square metres and 3,200 parking spaces are held as investment properties.

Strategic Priorities for 2026-2030

Through its new Strategic Plan, Grupo Insur has identified several key priorities for the coming years, including organic growth, selective inorganic opportunities, maintaining a strong customer focus, advancing innovation through industrialisation processes, developing internal talent and embedding sustainability across all areas of the business.

From a financial perspective, the group targets cumulative revenue of EUR 1.63-1.84 billion over the 2026-2030 period, with EBITDA of EUR 230-250 million, net profit of EUR 175-195 million, and total investment of approximately EUR 500 million.

Despite the potential impact of interest rates and current geopolitical tensions, the group maintains a positive outlook for the real estate sector, supported by structural housing shortages, demand for prime office space, record tourism levels and increasing demand for flexible residential solutions.

Our objective is to deliver sustainable growth in both earnings and value creation for investors, supported by a shareholder remuneration policy with a payout ratio of around 50%
