BME participates in AFME’s Annual Spanish Capital Markets Conference in Madrid, the leading forum bringing together industry leaders, regulators, and policymakers to discuss the future of Spain’s financial markets. It will take place in person on Wednesday 22 April at the Meliá Castilla on Calle del Poeta Joan Maragall in Madrid.
The conference covers key topics including fixed income —with a strong focus on securitisation— equities, ESG, and digital transformation, fostering dialogue on how capital markets can support economic growth.
Juan Flames, CEO of BME, will take part in the 9:30 a.m. panel discussion, “The Savings and Investment Union: where are we now and what’s next?”, focusing on the progress of EU savings and investment initiatives, market integration, supervisory coordination, and what is still needed to advance the Savings and Investment Union.
