BME will take part in the event “Alternative Financing Mechanisms for Companies Through the Capital Markets”, which will be held in person on Wednesday 29 April at Cuatrecasas’ Madrid office, 9 Calle Almagro.
An event aimed at raising awareness of the various avenues of access to finance for SMEs and growing businesses in the current economic and geopolitical climate.
During the session, the main alternatives available in the capital markets and their strategic fit depending on each company’s needs will be analysed. Key aspects of the preparation process for going public will also be addressed, including the role of the different agents involved —such as the placing bank— and the most relevant legal considerations.
Among the featured sessions, BME will take part in the panel “IPO: analysis of the Ebro case and discussion with BME”, where this process will be explored in depth alongside its key participants. The panel will include José Luis Rodríguez, Jesús González Nieto, Óscar Leiva, Mario Sacedo and Luis Guerricagoitia, who will share their experience and insights on the key factors for successfully executing an IPO.
