The Medcap Forum brings together small and mid-cap listed companies with institutional investors, both domestic and international, in a flexible format that has established it as a leading event in Spain and Europe.
In its 22nd edition, the programme will include panel discussions, private meetings and discovery meetings, all in an environment that encourages networking between listed companies, institutional investors, analysts and other players in the financial ecosystem.
In addition, the Medcap Forum will feature the participation of BME Growth companies in panels, reinforcing the event's objective of providing visibility and access to financing for listed SMEs.
The 2026 edition will be held in person from 26 to 28 May at the Madrid Stock Exchange Palace, located at Plaza de la Lealtad, 1 (28014 Madrid), BME's historic headquarters.
