On 24 July, BME presents its Spain T+1 Playbook, a comprehensive informative document to facilitate the adaptation of the Spanish financial ecosystem to the transition to the T+1 settlement cycle.
During the event, we will review the work carried out during the first months of 2025 by BME and the Spanish community in relation to the analysis and implications of the migration to a T+1 settlement cycle, scheduled for 11 October 2027.
The session will be opened by Mr. Angel Benito, Director General of Markets of the CNMV. Afterwards, and with the help of representatives from BME, Deloitte, Cecabank and Inverco, we will review the methodology used, as well as the main points of friction identified and conclusions reached in the different working groups.
The event will be held both in person at the Palacio de la Bolsa de Madrid and virtually.
