Changes in the composition of the IBEX® Gender Equality. The Technical Advisory Committee has approved the inclusion of nine new companies and the removal of eight from the index, which brings together the most advanced Spanish listed companies in terms of gender equality, so it will have 58 components. The annual review is carried out on the basis of information published by the CNMV on the presence of women on the Board of Directors and in the senior management of companies. The changes will be effective from 23 June.
The new members of the index are Amper, Prosegur Cash, Endesa, Fluidra, Indra, Inmocemento, Puig, Renta Corporación and Solaria. Cellnex, DIA, Faes Farma, Mapfre, Nicolás Correa, Santander, Soltec and Unicaja will leave the index.
The following remain on the IBEX® Gender Equality Atresmedia, ACS, Acerinox, Audax Renovables, Adolfo Domínguez, Aena, Airtificial, Almirall, Alantra, Acciona, Acciona Energía, Atrys, BBVA, Bankinter, CaixaBank, Clínica Baviera, CIE Automotive, Inmobiliaria Colonial, Global Dominion, Ebro Foods, Ence, Enagás, General de Alquiler de Maquinaria, Grupo Catalana Occidente, Grenergy, IAG, Iberdrola, Iberpapel, Inditex, Línea Directa, Logista, Duro Felguera, Metrovacesa, Minor Hotels, Deoleo, Oryzon Genomics, PharmaMar, PRIM, Prisa, Prosegur, Renta 4, Redeia, Repsol, Realia, Rovi, Sabadell, Sacyr, Telefónica and Vocento.
The IBEX® Gender Equality includes companies in the Madrid Stock Exchange General Index (IGBM) which, at the time of the annual review, have between 25% and 75% female presence on their Board of Directors and between 15% and 85% in senior management.
