Deloitte, in collaboration with BME, will host the 6th conference on Trends in Post-Trade Transformation. The event will take place at the Palacio de la Bolsa on 25 February, from 09:00 to 14:00.
During the conference, we will address the key regulatory developments shaping the evolution of the sector, with a particular focus on the Savings and Investment Union (SIU) and its cross-cutting impact on all participants in the financial ecosystem.
We will analyse the new business opportunities emerging for CSDs, banks, custodians, depositaries, and asset managers, with special emphasis on asset tokenisation and the new reality of tokenised money—including stablecoins, deposit tokens, and wCBDC—and their impact on capital markets.
In addition, a dedicated session will explore how institutions can leverage the ongoing transformation of the industry to adapt and optimise their operating models, driven by artificial intelligence, digitalisation, and process automation.
Finally, we will review the T+1 initiative, analysing its current status and how the Spanish market is progressing in response to this key post-trade challenge.
