Ongoing DVC suspensions
List of instruments for which the Mid-Point trading modality is suspended due to the Article 5.3 of the EU Regulation Nº600/2014, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 15 May 2014 (“MiFIR”), regarding the Double Volume Cap Mechanism. The aforementioned suspension has been required by the CNMV in its role as the Competent Authority and it applies just to the introduction/modification of this kind of orders, remaining unchanged the rest of trading modalities.
