properties, as well as the promotion and administration of urban and rural land
developments. It is also involved in the design and development of civil
engineering and all types of properties, as well as in the provision of
rehabiltation and interior design services, among others. ALZA mainly operates
throughout the autonomous communities of Madrid, Castile-La Mancha, Castile and
Leon, Andalusia and the Balearic Islands.The Company is a parent of Grupo Alza,
